Orange Otter Marketing implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect client information and digital assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, the Client acknowledges that no system, network, or method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

While Orange Otter Marketing takes reasonable precautions to safeguard information and access credentials provided by the Client, Orange Otter Marketing cannot guarantee that its systems, third-party platforms, or digital communications will be free from unauthorized access, cyberattack, data breach, or other security incidents.

In the event of a security breach, cyberattack, or unauthorized access that occurs despite reasonable security measures, Orange Otter Marketing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from such incident, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, or financial loss.

The Client is responsible for maintaining the security of its own systems, accounts, passwords, and access credentials provided to Orange Otter Marketing. The Client agrees to promptly notify Orange Otter Marketing of any suspected compromise of its accounts or access credentials.

Third-Party Platforms

Client acknowledges that Orange Otter Marketing may utilize or access third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, advertising networks, or digital tools as part of its services. Orange Otter Marketing is not responsible for the security practices, outages, breaches, or data incidents occurring within third-party systems.
